Ordering

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Order delivery generally takes 14 days but can be up to 28 days.

Will I get notification when my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide this service at the moment.

How do I change or cancel my order?

How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive an Order Confirmation by email immediately.

For stock that is 'out of stock' - will I be notified when the new stock has arrived?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide this service at the moment, but will dispatch your order immediately when it arrives in stock.

How do I know if you have a particular item in stock?

Are the prices the same for Australian and New Zealand customers?
Yes, all prices shown on the website - including postage, discounts and specials - are the same in Australian Dollars and New Zealand Dollars.

Do you process orders to anywhere other than Australia & New Zealand?
Yes we do! There is an additional Postage and Packaging cost so please submit an enquiry with us prior to placing your order. Submit Enquiry.

Cost of Postage and Packaging is $9.95 per order. If you wish to have your order fast-tracked we also offer optional Priority Despatch for an additional $3.30.
